Osmani Trust Health Trainers are delivering the ‘Quit to Get Kit’ scheme for locally based community football clubs. The scheme aims to help local football clubs with providing FREE football kits or Rain Jackets and opportunities for gym and swimming sessions along with a commitment to getting local people fit and smokefree. In order to qualify and register, Clubs need to be Tower Hamlets based and players must be 18 and over. Clubs need to commit at least 10 smokers and registering 20 players onto the scheme. The scheme is limited to only 10 clubs on a first come first serve basis.
