Each team must submit a list of players to the tournament organisers before the deadline date indicated.

All players must be able to identify themselves and to certify their age. Acceptable forms of identification include the following:

Proof of Age:

  • Passport
  • Birth Certificate
  • School Pass (Photo ID)
  • FA Affiliated League Photo ID cards

Age categories: (2014/15 season)                                                      

  • U11’s:        Born between                01/09/03 & 31/08/05                 School years   5 or 6
  • U12’s:        Born between                01/09/02 & 31/08/04                 School years   6 or 7
  • U14’s:        Born between                01/09/00 & 31/08/02                 School years   8 or 9
  • U16’s:        Born between                01/09/98 & 31/08/00                 School years 10 or 11

Player Registration:

  • Players are allowed only to be registered for one team
  • Maximum of 8 players can be registered per team.
  • Minimum of 5 players must be registered.

Team Registration: (to be submitted by Saturday 25th July 2015)

  • Team application form
  • Payment of entry fee
  • Copies of IDs for all registered players
