Better awareness of support services for children and young people
Families will receive support which utilises their strengths to develop strategies to implement with their children and young people. We aim to deliver a high-quality service that promotes conflict resolution, resilience and self-determination offering one to one support, mentoring (including home visits), advice, guidance and diversionary activities.
We also provide holistic support, including access to education, employment and training, emotional well-being, access to other services and managing risks to offending. We support children and young people and their families identify their needs and goals.
