Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 pa
Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week
Job Type: Fixed term contract to 31st March 2026 (possibility of extension, subject to funding)

Osmani Trust is a youth and community organisation providing a range of youth, employment, mentoring, health & sports and social welfare services to diverse communities in Tower Hamlets and surrounding Boroughs.
We’re looking for a Youth & Family Intervention Officer to run the Breaking the Cycle programme. We need someone dynamic and experienced to work with young people involved in antisocial behaviour, violence, or carrying knives, and to support their families.
The right person should be able to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and hit targets on time and within budget. A good understanding of the challenges young people and families face in Tower Hamlets is important, along with the ability to offer the right support to help them overcome these challenges.
