Job brief

We are looking to recruit a Lead Caseworker who will be supporting young people (14-24 yrs.) and their families with history/at risk of serious violence, offering weekly tailored
interventions and family support for up to 1yr. The aim is to reduce harm and risk, build aspirations/positive mindset and offer support toward ETE opportunities. The Lead
Caseworker will also supervise and manage Case worker(s). Referral pathways will include PRU, Schools, YOS, IOM, self referrals and others.

The ideal person will have experience delivering specialist casework with young people and managing the case work cycle with attention to processes, case notes, records and
data monitoring and reports to meet output and outcome targets.
